Shipping Method

All our orders are dispatched using Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your parcel.

We ship nationwide, covering all metropolitan and regional areas across Australia.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: The fee will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and your delivery address.
  • Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost. The price will be shown at checkout.

Processing Time

  • In-stock items: Orders placed before 2 PM AEST are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM AEST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
  • Backordered items: If an item is not in stock, we will notify you with an estimated delivery date. You will have the option to wait for the item or cancel the order.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (may vary based on location).
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (may vary based on location).

Please note that these are estimates, and delivery times may vary especially during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

What does 'Ships direct from Sydney' mean?

This indicates that we have a minimum of one unit available in our local inventory, allowing us to send it to you directly from our warehouse in Sydney. Ideally, an order containing only this product could be dispatched right away. However, this estimation does not account for the quantity you're ordering, nor does it consider any additional products in your order that may cause delays.

 

What does 'Ships from OS via Sydney' mean?

This means that the product is initially sourced from overseas but is shipped to you via our Sydney location. While we don't have the item in our local Sydney inventory, it is routed through our Sydney warehouse for processing and dispatch. Please note, this might add some time to the delivery process, and the speed of dispatch may vary depending on the product's availability and any other items in your order.

 

What does 'Backorder Available' mean?

"Backorder Available" indicates that if you require a quantity of this product greater than what we currently have in our Sydney warehouse, we can order more for you.


Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, there can sometimes be delays beyond our control, especially due to weather, peak shopping periods, or disruptions in Australia Post’s services. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

 

Undelivered Packages

In case a package is undelivered and returned to us due to incorrect address or being unclaimed, we will contact you for further instructions. Please ensure your address details are accurate when placing your order.
