The Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ (Raspberry Pi 3 Model B Plus) is the latest version of the Raspberry Pi, a tiny credit card size computer. Just add a keyboard, mouse, display, power supply, micro SD card with installed Linux Distribution and you'll have a fully fledged computer that can run applications from word processors and spreadsheets to games.

As the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B + supports HD video, you can even create a media centre with it. The Raspberry Pi 3 Model B is the first Raspberry Pi to be open-source from the get-go, expect it to be the defacto embedded Linux board in all the forums.

solid product, great service

I've a Pi 3B used as a router. 3 LAN cards. 45 people a day, 15 at any one time. CPU below 50%. It's nice. Best router I have. But the Pi 3B+, now that's a different story. I've Docker, 7 containers, portainer as the gui, and can even run wordpress on it. It's solid. One thing. Legals. You have to select the country before wireless works. The wifi is shielded. Antenna fixed. Between these, and many other improvements, So this unit has full RCM support - so it's able to be resold commercially for commercial products - which is important when you are trialling things and creating prototypes - your trials ARE commercial. More importantly, all software stacks and base OS must be ARM compatible. I was very happy when I found that the Pi3B+ runs 64 bit, but I complained that all the 32 bit ARM container stacks (and software) wouldn't work. Guess what. Both 32 bit and 64 bit containers just run. So my entire 7 container stack is actually all 32 bit, and I'll sneak on the 64 bit software base OS and containers for docker as they appear and are found stable. Very happy.

I ordered other equipment from other vendors before I ordered from Little Bird, and yet little Bird equipment arrived well before the others ? So fast. Impressive.
